Customer Production and Design Approval Notice
The approval you give confirming the final version of your design files before production starts.

Subject and scope of approval
The Customer confirms that it has checked the final version of the Gerber files, schematics and bill of materials (BOM) uploaded or submitted for the order, and that these files are complete and correct. Ticking the relevant approval checkbox constitutes a final instruction to proceed with production.
PCB fabrication
The approved Gerber files are forwarded as submitted to our production partner JLCPCB for PCB fabrication. Tolerance deviations or material-related issues arising directly from JLCPCB's physical production process are handled under that manufacturing partner's own quality processes.
PCBA (assembly)
Based on the approved BOM and Pick & Place files, assembly is carried out on the Company's own production line with AOI and ICT quality control, to IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 standard. Any production defect confirmed to originate from assembly is assessed by the Company and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of equivalent components
If a component in the original BOM becomes unavailable due to supply issues, an equivalent component proposed by the Company may only be used with the Customer's separate approval.
Delivery time
Lead time varies by order; see the Distance Sales Agreement for details.
Electronic approval and effective date
The Customer confirms that it has reviewed this notice and the attached technical files, understands the production process and the allocation of responsibility described above, and gives its approval to proceed with production by ticking the relevant checkbox. This digital approval has the same legal effect as a wet-signed document.
