From prototype to volume production: a fully automated assembly line with loading, solder paste printing, placement, reflow and test stations.
Stations on the line
Our line consists of five main stations. Every machine runs with IPC-compliant conveyance and closed-loop control. Brand/model details and detailed technical specifications (placement speed, precision, component range, PCB size, zone count) will be added to this page soon.

PCB Loader
Automatic loading unit that feeds boards onto the line; uninterrupted flow and 100% IPC-compliant handling.

Solder Paste Printer
Stencil solder-paste printing with closed-loop alignment and post-print SPI inspection.

Pick & Place
High-speed placement from 0201 to BGA/µBGA, double-sided and high-precision assembly.

Reflow Oven
Multi-zone reflow with a controlled thermal profile and optional nitrogen atmosphere for reliable soldering. The longest machine on the line.

AOI & Test
Automated optical inspection plus ICT/functional test; IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 outgoing quality control.
