Our quality policy

At SMT Labs, our goal is to deliver electronic board manufacturing that is repeatable, traceable, and standards-compliant, from prototype to volume production. We run our high-precision, high-speed assembly line with defined processes and a mindset of continuous improvement.

• Every board meets IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 acceptance criteria.
• Full traceability by batch and component.
• Measurable quality at incoming, in-line (SPI/AOI) and outgoing inspection.
• Supply continuity through approved alternate-part management.

• AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) · Solder, shift, missing/wrong component and polarity checks.
• ICT / Functional test · Electrical continuity and functional verification (per project requirements).
• IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 · Outgoing inspection against electronic assembly acceptance criteria.
• Incoming quality control · Pre-acceptance inspection of components and PCBs; approved-alternate verification.

Traceability

Every batch produced is recorded together with the components used, the PCB lot, the assembly program and the test results, so the materials and processes behind any board can be traced retroactively.
