A PCB order is the fabrication and supply of the printed circuit board according to the Gerber data of your design. SMT Labs supplies FR4, aluminium and flex boards from one to 64 layers with HASL, ENIG and HDI finishes, handling prototype and series quantities through the same process.
Layer and material options
From single and double-sided boards to high-layer backplanes. Materials include standard FR4, high-Tg FR4, aluminium-backed (MCPCB) for heat dissipation, and flex / rigid-flex for bendable applications.

One order together with assembly
When you combine PCB fabrication with component sourcing and assembly, a single Gerber + BOM submission returns an assembled board. Separate supplier coordination, separate shipping and fit risk disappear.
DFM review
Every Gerber is checked for trace spacing, hole/pad ratio, mask bridges and panelisation before it goes into production. Risky points are reported before fabrication.

How to place a PCB order
- 01Send your filesUpload your Gerber, LCSC-compatible BOM and Pick & Place files. No files yet? A photo of the existing board and the quantity is enough to start.
- 02Quote in 24 hoursOur engineering team reviews the files, notes any DFM issues and sends price and lead time within one business day.
- 03Approval and sourcingYou approve the quote; PCB, stencil and component sourcing begins. For parts that are out of stock we propose an approved alternative.
- 04Production and shippingAssembly, AOI and testing are completed; boards are packed and shipped from our Istanbul central warehouse across Turkey.
PCB order FAQ
- What drives the PCB price?
- Board size, layer count, material and finish, copper weight, quantity and lead time set the price. Once you send your Gerber, an exact price is produced against these parameters.
- Can I buy only the PCB, or is assembly mandatory?
- You can supply the PCB on its own. But when you order PCB + components + assembly together you get a single point of contact, a single shipment and an assembly-fit guarantee.
- What is the minimum prototype quantity?
- Prototypes can start from a single panel. Low volume and series run on the same line with repeatable parameters.
- Do you handle panelisation?
- You can send your panel data or leave the assembly-ready panelisation to us. The panel decision is confirmed in the DFM report.
