How we use data

Sharing and transfer
Your personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with suppliers necessary to provide the service and with legally authorised authorities.

- Bot verification: Google reCAPTCHA
- Map display: Google Maps
Retention periods
We keep data for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation / retention periods set out in applicable law. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. [Exact retention periods will be set out in the corporate retention and destruction policy.]
Security
We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access restriction and security headers.
