Ethics Hotline

Purpose

The ethics hotline exists so that employees, business partners, suppliers and customers can report situations they believe breach the Company's business ethics principles.

What you can report

• Corruption, bribery or improper benefit
• Conflict of interest and misuse of confidential information
• Breach of quality, safety or environmental legislation
• Discrimination, harassment or bullying
• Misuse of Company assets or data

How to report

You can send your report to info@smtlabs.com.tr with the subject line "Ethics Report". The more concrete your report is (date, place, people, event), the faster the review. [A dedicated ethics reporting address/line will be published here once established.]

Confidentiality and non-retaliation

Reports are handled in confidence; the identity of the reporter is not shared except where the review requires it. No one who reports in good faith will be subject to any adverse action for doing so.

Process

Reports are recorded, assessed by the relevant unit and, where necessary, investigated. The outcome is shared with the reporter as far as possible.
