Customs and regulation

The import declaration, origin and conformity documents, tariff and tax process are managed by SMT Labs. Long and variable customs processes leave your agenda.

Storage and inland shipping

Parts are stored in the Maslak, Istanbul central warehouse under ESD and humidity conditions; they are fed to the line per the production plan or shipped across Turkey with the courier you choose.

Can you handle only import and customs for parts I buy from my own supplier?

Yes. You can pick the supplier and leave import, customs clearance and inland shipping to SMT Labs.

How is the process managed when parts come from several countries?

Parts from different sources are merged at a single consolidation point and sent as one shipment, so lead time and cost stay predictable.

Are customs costs included in the quote?

The quote shows part cost, freight, customs and related taxes as separate, transparent line items.

How are parts stored until delivery?

They are stored in the Maslak, Istanbul central warehouse under ESD and humidity control; moisture-sensitive devices are managed per MSL rules.
